Content Creation/SEO/PPC Management/Lead Generation/eCommerce/Conversion Rate Optimization
Short-term project for trailer manufacturer branching out into trailer parts sales including full marketing stack from logo design and website development to lead generation and conversion optimization.
About the Client
UD Trailer Parts & Supply is a trailer parts retailer wanting to get into ecommerce. Their brick-and-mortar store opened in 2023 in Ocala, FL.
The Problem
UD Trailer Parts & Supply had a nice retail location and did good business locally, but they knew they wanted to get online to reach more customers all over North America. They needed a website that could interact with their ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software and also serve as a sales tool to bring in new customers.
The Solution
I created an ecommerce website using WordPress and WooCommerce, which allowed me to connect the site to their ERP system. During this time I also created a new logo for the brand and some additional marketing materials, including direct mail brochures to reach out to existing clients. We started marketing the site nationally using both Google Shopping Ads and Facebook Catalogs. Ongoing SEO and A/B split testing continued to improve both organic search traffic and paid traffic.
