About the Client

B-Scada developed SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software for industrial automation and process control. They had developed a new product and wanted a way to expand their reach and bring in new leads.

The Problem

Their existing website was primarily a promotional site with info about their software products and basic means of contacting the sales team. I updated the site to have a more modern look and and give visitors a clear conversion path to get them into the sales funnel.

This included new landing pages with clear calls-to-action, quick and easy forms to allow users to request a free demo of the software, and also add them to our mailing lists.

I created PPC ad campaigns and began A/B split testing ads and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates. I created automated email campaigns to continue to delight customers and prospects at different stages in the buying journey. Articles I wrote were picked up and published in several industry publications, organically building a strong network of high quality back links.

Blogging, social media outreach, SEO, and video all played a role in converting from an outbound marketing to an inbound marketing model, keeping the sales pipeline stuffed and flowing, and allowing the company to grow and hire new developers and new sales staff.
